Good oil supply is a must, with the Mini's cornering capabilities oil starvation is a definite possibility all precautions should be taken. The oil pressure regulator allows you to adjust the preload on the oil pressure relief valve so you can alter the peak oil pressure. Please remember oil pumps require priming before fitment. Always remove spark plugs and spin engine over until oil pressure registers
