FAQ

Q: When are you open for business ?

A: We are an internet mail order business and as such we are open for orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. Obviously we will try and respond to any emails received as quickly as possible.

Q: When will I receive my order ?

A: This will largely depend upon the postal service used and the date/time your order was placed plus where you are ordering from. Generally, Australia Post takes 1-3 business days to arrive, Standard Parcels take between 3-5 business days for any mainland address. QLD and WA can take longer. Although during peak times (Christmas, Public holidays) or adverse weather conditions this can be extended. We are therefore not able to guarantee any delivery dates as this is beyond our control. Collections in person are not allowed unless specifically agreed beforehand.

Q: How long do any returns take to process ?

A: Any and all returns are processed as quickly as possible, typically 5-7 business days as a guide subject to the item(s) being returned to us although during peak times this may take longer. We will endeavour to complete all returns within 14 days of the initial request. 

Q: Can my order be amended once it has been placed ?

A: Yes. If you decide that you need to change your order, please notify us as soon as possible and every effort will be made to cater for your revised requirements. Please note that this is not always possible and we cannot guarantee that amendments can be made in all circumstances.

Q: What days do you ship/post out items ?

A: Currently we post packages 3 times a week as standard, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. However, during peak times we will increase this interval to suit the volume of sales received. If you have any specific delivery requests then please email us details of your requirements before committing to making a purchase. This may well alter the cost of the shipping price shown on your order.

Q: Can my order be tracked ?

A: Unfortunately, at this time most small individual orders(envelopes/small padded bags) do not come with tracking. However, for larger/heavier orders we may use a registered courier for the delivery in which case the appropriate Tracking information will be recorded.

Q. Can I place an order over the telephone ?

A. No, we can only accept your order by email, website or eBay.

Q. Do the prices shown include GST ?

A. All prices shown on the website are GST inclusive
